At Signet, we are excited to welcome a new member to our Operations Department, as well as the wider Signet team. In order to ensure that we provide the best quality service and experience for our customers, we’re proud to announce that we have appointed Bethan Hughes as Signet’s brand new Operations Assistant. Taking on a supportive operations role, our new operations assistant will be the first point of contact for clients who have chosen to work in partnership with us here at Signet.
Coming from an operations and customer service background, Bethan is looking forward to getting into her role. She enjoys building relationships and is excited to be a part of, and contribute towards, the growing and diversifying packaging industry. With her approachable and optimistic can-do attitude, Bethan strives to go the extra mile – which aligns perfectly with our view that the client is our priority.
Bethan’s role will involve being the main point of contact for the customer, liaising with them over important details such as delivery dates and purchase orders. Bethan’s role begins from the Sales Team project handover, and continues through to the final stage of the customer receiving the shipment. This means that relevant enquiries regarding the logistics of an order will be addressed by Bethan. Bethan’s role is truly pivotal, as customers are at the heart of what Signet do.
