Following the success of recent collaborations on the ‘Expression Series’ (read more here), and the ongoing strength of our professional relationship, Signet was approached to support the branding of a new luxury gin from the renowned Surrey based distiller, Silent Pool Distillers. Already established as a high-quality artisan distillery, the new Silent Pool Black Juniper range needed to eloquently stand out from the current Silent Pool Gin range as a more premium offering. A unique combination of premium design elements crafted to achieve the premiumisation of the range comprised of a harmonised selection of exceptional embellishments that included a diecast zamac stopper, zamac base and coin badge. The badge encapsulates a ‘jewel-like’ feature at the heart of the embellishment, created using a specialist enamel paint, to symbolise the Bhutanese juniper berry.
Glen Scotia, producers of single malt Scotch whiskies and rich in history, flavour, and beauty. Signet collaborated with the team to create a new premium Glen Scotia badge as part of a new range for the brand. With roots tracing back to 1832, reflecting a mature and sophisticated brand image was a key element within this project. The unique badge that Signet created was curated from die-cast, embodying the rich heritage with a contemporary design.
Quest’s End Whiskey introduces an enchanting element and a dash of fame to the world of spirits. The journey began when Blue Run Spirits sought our expertise. The objective? To collaboratively craft distinctive neck and main labels, for the Paladin expression, that not only captivate but also contribute to the premiumisation and expansion of the brand. Recognising the significance of their target launch date, we flexibly manoeuvred our production schedule, ensuring the timely delivery of exceptional designs.
Two Doctors Whiskey is an innovative premium whiskey brand, that stands out for its commitment to craftsmanship, sustainability, and innovation. Two Doctors and their creative agency – SingleDouble approached us to provide a unique proposition that brought the original design to life, perfectly conveying the unique story of this brand and allowing it to stand out in a competitive marketplace. Combining contrasting print and extensive embossing techniques, the final solution embodies the unique story behind the hand-made craft whiskey, creating a unique bottle design – exactly what the doctor ordered.
From its suitably royal home on the Albury Estate of the Duke of Northumberland, Silent Pool Distillery produces handcrafted, artisan spirits whose quality matches the exceptional standard of Signet. For this reason, we were approached to collaborate with Silent Pool on a unique limited-edition range to commemorate the coronation of King Charles III. Fit for royalty, Signet curated a selection of designs, including Marque™ labels for the seal, collar, and label of the aptly named ‘Coronation’ edition gin. All of these are coloured in a rich purple to signify the royalty being celebrated through the range
Loch Lomond is not your ordinary whisky producer; with a rich history dating back centuries, the brand embodies an unwavering spirit of exploration and a commitment to challenging the status quo. Approaching us to enliven and modernise their label solution, Loch Lomond were keen to retain their heritage brand feel but ensure that the premium quality of their product was accurately portrayed through a new solution.
By using the versatile design and finishing capabilities that Marque™ offers, we created a deep embossed label that stands out against the sleek gloss of the bottle. In addition to the label, we also produced 2 stunning die-cast coins to honour the 21 & 30-year-old expressions. To ensure a smooth and easy fitting process, we identified a bespoke foamed adhesive, that withstands the climatic demands of extensive air travel
At Signet, we firmly believe that a luxury, exclusive package is the key to an excellent consumer experience. These beliefs are shared with Think Bold Studio, the creative agency of Iterwine, who approached us to create a sculpted die-cast badge in celebration of the 10-year journey of enology in the Douro Valley by enologist Filipa Pizarro. The detail involved was second to none, Signet took the original 2D design from Think Bold and turned it into a 3D masterpiece, fit for commemorating a decade of enological excellence and the exceptional story it tells.
Handmade with all-natural ingredients, bottled in the heartland of America, and aged to perfection, Horse Soldier bourbon is committed to delivering excellence. Every bottle of Horse Soldier Bourbon has been pressed using steel recovered from the Twin Towers. We teamed up with the Horse Soldier crew to replicate their existing label using Marque™ for their entire collection. We aimed to stay true to the brand’s roots while giving it a refined edge with the Marque™ label – adding a touch of sophistication to each bottle.
Located in Orkney, where the North Sea rises to meet the Atlantic Ocean and heather peat carpets the wild moorland, Highland Park’s Viking heritage and rich heritage live on through its unique, aromatic whisky blends. Teaming up with Edrington, Highland Park’s parent company, we crafted the 1988 labels, drawing on a tradition of diverse designs that distinguish older and more luxurious editions. Our collaboration reflects a shared commitment to excellence in the world of fine spirits.
Established in 1875, Glenglassaugh is renowned for its coastal whisky, crafted in a tranquil, natural setting. As part of their rebrand, the design of the bottles recently underwent a refreshing transformation to encapsulate the inherent natural beauty that surrounds the Scottish distillery. We worked with the client and their parent company, Brown Forman, to develop a sophisticated 37mm medallion for the front of the new bottle designs. The use of Marque™ allowed the medallion to have both embossed and debossed elements, coated with a glossy protective varnish.
Fun, nostalgic energy and golf…three main drivers that push Bushwood Spirits to produce and distribute their award-winning range of bourbon whiskey and vodka to national retail chains to specialty liquor stores, high-end restaurants, clubs and sports bars, golf resorts and private clubs around the world. Tasked with creating a small, elaborate embellishment to adorn their crystal golf ball stopper, we were able to precisely engineer a highly intricate, and beautifully crafted, charm that further accentuates the Bushwood message. Drawing the eye towards the decorative bottle using a debossed silhouette of the brand logo, alongside accurate typography, their new diecast charm embellishment was the perfect addition to tee the brand up for further growth in upcoming years.
The Copeland Distillery, situated on Ireland’s East Coast, is a craft producer of a range of Irish Gin, Rum, Single Malt and Pot Still Whiskey. A rich history and heritage, the Copeland Islands (a historic trading post for smugglers bringing whiskey into County Down from Scotland) provide ample inspiration for the small batch, premium Copeland Spirits.
Charged with embodying this nautical heritage to adorn their characteristic black bottle, we were able to create a beautifully intricate and highly ornamental die cast coin to sit within the bottle neck. Accurately replicating the maritime compass themed logo of the Copeland brand within a debossed die cast coin gives the brand a sophisticated and premium feel that truly communicates Copeland’s commitment to taste, innovation, heritage, and community.
With a brand story drawing inspiration from mythological tales of beautiful temptresses, with bewitching songs of heavenly pleasure, the Sairen Rum brand looks to embody the pleasure in harmony. Combining unique flavours combinations and ‘mesmerising hidden depths’, Sairen Rum required a label that matched their enchanting brand story.
Using a unique flexible aluminium Marque label printed with bold, high-definition patterns that attract the eye from a distance, the Sairen Rum label creates a hypnotic sense of wonderment at the swirling outlines and blended shading that needs to be further investigated. Clearly defined, high-definition metallic printing allowed for a clarity of finish and boldness that truly captures the magic and wonder associated with the Sairen Rum brand.
Breaking the waves of the mighty Atlantic Ocean, the Isle of Barra Distillery has a unique and inspirational connection to the power of nature. When crafting their unique, premium Barra Atlantic Gin, Isle of Barra chose to honour this historic relationship to their environment with a 100% recyclable bottle, embodying their commitment to preserving the natural elements that allow them to produce such high-quality distinctive spirits. We were tasked with creating a wholly sustainable and recyclable bottle embellishment that would communicate this commitment to eco-conscious production. The matt finished, metallic die-cast coin is a fully recyclable and ethically produced decoration that now adorns the base of the stunning clear bottle, providing an eye-capturing contrast to the clarity of its surroundings. Expertly designed and produced, with an exquisite attention to miniature details, the stunning die-cast coin contains a dramatic logo design and wording that accurately reflects the brand direction- “Island Born. Fearless Spirit”
Produced by House of Rum, formed to provide rare, super premium and premium rum ranges to the market, the Diablo Rum range is an authentically crafted spirit selection that is made without compromise. With equally exacting standards towards an attention to detail, we were tasked with producing 3 different colour Marque labels for this award-winning Rum range. With an intricately embossed black label that cleverly utilised different shades, embossing and clear varnishes to bring in the subtle variation of the logo while blending indistinctively from their unique matt black bottle, each Marque label provided an eye-catching flash of vivid colour within the eyes of the Diablo logo to create a highly distinctive and recognisable brand identity.
Griffin Spirit Company produces exceptional quality, locally sourced Vodkas, Gins and Rums in their small batch artisan distillery in Somerset, UK. Following a period of collaboration with the design team at Griffin Spirit we were tasked with producing a distinctive Marque aluminium label that would personify the unique and premium style of their Silver Rum product. With intricate textured embossing of a metallic Marque label, combined with the distinctive ribbed clear glass bottle, the final product perfectly embodies the traditional, hand crafted style that Griffin Spirit Company have embraced as their company DNA.
Luxury champagne brand, Angel Champagne, tasked us to create a set of beautiful Marque™ labels that adhered well to their spray painted bottles. Working closely with their team and after several sampling runs we came up with the perfect solution – a Marque label printed and embossed in 4 different colourways to match their 4 core range bottles.
