The Spirits Packaging Summit for 2018 is fast approaching. The event, held in Scotland on Wednesday 14th November, “explores some of the big challenges for packaging developers, designers and manufacturers working in the spirits sector” – and creates a way for people from all walks of the industry to connect, learn, develop and engage for the coming 12 months.
However, we understand that people may not know what to expect from an event like this, which is why we’ve decided to put together a guide to what the Spirit Packaging Summit is – as well as what happens on the day.
The Spirits Packaging Summit is an annual event held in Edinburgh’s Assembly Rooms, designed to bring together suppliers, distilleries, designers and other industry professionals. Hosted by Packaging News, the summit is designed to promote education and awareness of what’s going on in the fast-paced world of spirits packaging, including the “latest trends, innovations and technologies in spirits pack design.”
The event was created especially for the spirits packaging industry, and the people and brands that work within it. It includes speakers from industry-leading design agencies, thought leaders, brand owners and distillers – each offering their own unique expertise and knowledge on the industry and its future.
Within the Spirits Packaging Summit there is a lot to see and do. The timetable of speakers gives attendees the opportunity to learn from the experts, with talks from everyone from distillery owners to design agencies.
Within the exhibition hall you will find almost 40 of the leading spirits packaging suppliers, all of whom will be happy to discuss their services or how they could present a solution to your requirements. Signet will also be in the exhibition hall at Table 36, so be sure to come and find us if you’re attending! This forum for networking and discussing means that people are introduced to some of the world’s leading suppliers all in one place, and can plan ahead regarding future projects or developments with their spirit products.
