This forms part of our continued recognition by external accrediting bodies, having previously been awarded ISO9001 in 2015. It solidifies our dedication to upholding the highest standards of quality across all our operations.
ISO9001 is the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). Based on a number of quality management principles, the criteria include a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.
