As a super premium product, Glenfiddich had put a huge amount of effort into the design of the bottle for the 38-year-old aged single malt, which included a stunning metal neck collar embossed with the company’s branding. However the process for applying the existing product was complicated and adding undue expense, so Glenfiddich approached us for help with a smarter, more cost-effective solution. Working closely with the client we developed a die-cast zinc collar complete with mechanical joining mechanism to make the automated application process much easier. The whole piece was plated in high gloss brass for a beautiful, premium look.
