Here at Signet, we produce a range of packaging embellishments, including Marque flexible aluminium labels. Typically the Marque flexible labels are made from aluminium but here at Signet, we understand that the same material doesn’t work for every brand’s packaging design. We pride ourselves in thriving under the challenge to create bespoke embellishments as this helps us to create the perfect addition to our client’s product. We’ve created Marque flexible labels using different materials for various clients, here are some examples of the range of materials we’ve used!

Chase Vodka

Chase Vodka, after four years of waiting to sample their highly-anticipated Cognac-aged Marmalade Vodka, decided to celebrate the release with a limited edition bottle. They came to Signet with a specified design in mind, and we were able to deliver exactly what they asked for with an embossed and printed pewter label that wraps perfectly around the bottle for a really elegant result that made this bottle rank highly on any collectors list. The use of the pewter label in place of aluminium allowed the design to better fit the brief set by Chase, tying together all components of the product’s packaging.

Auchentoshan

Auchentoshan also approached Signet with a brief for a limited edition product, this was a 480-bottle run of their 30-year bourbon cask aged whisky. To match Auchentoshan’s reputation as a whisky heavyweight, at Signet, we proposed a similarly weighty design; that featured an embossed pewter label that could be placed on both the bottle and the presentation box. Utilising pewter in place of the usual aluminium better suited Auchentoshan’s branding. The hand-finished plaques were flexible enough to curve around the face of the bottle and were then pre-creased to wrap around three sides of the presentation box for a co-ordinated and super-deluxe look.

Lot 40

Known for its high quality and earthy, classic rye spice notes, Lot 40 is a small-batch Canadian rye whisky. Released as part of the Northern Border Collection, the company wanted to create a memorable look and feel for the rare cask strength version which has been aged for 12 years to sit alongside the ‘story’ of how the product is made which would also be featured on the bottle. We worked closely with the client and proceeded to work through an extensive sampling process to achieve exactly what they wanted which was a flexible copper label that could be applied asymmetrically across the bottle. As a result, we sourced an entirely new supplier for this product, which provided us with everything we needed to produce the label in real copper, embossed with the brand name and some brief details as well as having space for the application of a limited edition sticker.
